Create a read-only key on the venue (one checkbox, no permissions beyond reading). Paste it into the connect modal, choose live or demo. The first sync backfills roughly ninety days of fills and income; the workspace wiring flips from sample data to your real data the moment sources exist — automatically, no refresh ritual.Then the platform goes quiet and works
Incremental syncs every five minutes. Balance snapshots. Equity sampling for the floating-drawdown curve. MAE/MFE measurement on closed trades. Benchmark contribution (if you opted in). None of it needs you to press anything.When something looks wrong
The connections panel shows per-resource sync health — items synced, last run, humanized errors. The admin console's diagnostics run the same checks server-side. And because every number is derived from venue fills, "wrong" usually means the venue hiccuped, and the panel says exactly which leg.Free is a product.
