Rule Guard and agent events can reach you out-of-app: email, and Telegram through the official @siddanialerts_bot. Delivery is recorded — sent or failed, retried once — never silently dropped. Support-ticket replies arrive through the same channels.
Link the bot
Account center → Alert channels → Link Telegram. A 6-character code appears (and a QR that opens the bot on your phone); send /link <code> to the bot, then press verify. Codes wait 15 minutes, and new ones are one click away.
Choose your channels
Prop rules → Alerts & delivery: email and Telegram toggles, quiet hours for the advisory levels. The in-app ladder is never suppressed — delivery is an addition, not a replacement.
Caps and quiet hours
Telegram is capped at ten alerts a day per user — spam bans are real. Quiet hours hold the 70/85 notifications overnight; a 95% hard-breach risk always delivers, no matter the hour.
The delivery ledger
Every attempt lands in the ledger with its channel, status and error. The admin diagnostics read the same ledger, so a broken channel is visible to the team before you report it.
The bot can only send to you. It never asks for credentials, never offers trades, and never posts in groups.
